These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gold Metrics platform operated by Goldbox Digital (Helena Carvalho Severo Ltda) at goldboxads.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Gold Metrics is a SaaS analytics platform for Google Ads affiliates that provides campaign performance reporting, conversion tracking via postback integrations, offline conversion uploading to Google Ads, and invalid click protection tools.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. By using Gold Metrics, you represent that you meet these requirements. Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at dev@goldboxads.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use Gold Metrics only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including Google Ads policies. You may not:
Gold Metrics accesses the Google Ads API on your behalf using OAuth 2.0 authorization. You retain full ownership and control of your Google Ads data. By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize Gold Metrics to read campaign data, upload offline conversions, and manage IP exclusion lists as directed by your configuration. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.
Gold Metrics is offered under subscription plans. Plan details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed within the platform. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy communicated at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you import into or generate within the platform.
All software, designs, trademarks, and content comprising the Gold Metrics platform are the exclusive property of Goldbox Digital — Helena Carvalho Severo Ltda. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.
Gold Metrics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldbox Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner that harms other users or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting dev@goldboxads.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sapucaia do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
